Senior Executive- Accounts

Execute month-end closing processes with high accuracy and timeliness
Maintain comprehensive financial records including payables, receivables, and ledger entries
Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Process banking transactions and monitor cash flow
Support weekly management reporting requirements
Analysis & PlanningConduct detailed expense analysis and year-end accruals
Contribute to annual budgeting and cash flow projections
Compliance & Stakeholder ManagementEnsure timely submission of income tax, CP204, and adherence to tax regulations
Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit
Assist in preparation of annual financial statements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive communication style and team-oriented mindset
Experience with accounting systems
Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with system implementation projects in a manufacturing environment
Strong costing experience
Ability to identify and highlight financial/operational improvements
