- Execute all brand activation initiatives, retail merchandising installation and implementation across all touch points.
- Build strong relationships with product team, sales team and trade partners to ensure effective execution of channel initiatives.
- Identify challenges, and propose improvements to enhance customer engagement with the brand.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of current localized events and to work with regional teams on implementation of improvements.

; Requirements:-
-Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
- Possesses sound Marketing/Trade Marketing/Retail Marketing/Brand Activation knowledge, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer centric marketer with an inquisitive and passionate brand mindset.
- Possess analytical and customer insight skills, including confidence with both digital tools and traditional touch points across all channels and platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis with ability to interpret and translate customer behavioral insights into strategic activities.
- Able to work independently without much supervision, resourceful, innovative and is a team player. Strong attention to detail and self-motivated with a high level of drive, initiative, and commitment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize quality and impact of omni-channel plans and campaigns.
