Benefits & Compensation Car Parking AllowanceLoyalty RewardPerformance BonusTraining and DevelopmentMonthly Staff Activities & Birthday Celebration Your day-to-day: To plan and organise all administrative matters.To monitor the office general items (e.g., stationary, dustbin bag etc.), office facilities services and maintenance activities.To ensure all workplaces are compliance to the Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 etc.To assist in the development & enhancement of policies, guidelines, and relevant material.To assist in the recruitment & training activities in accordance with the management direction.To review all leasing documents in detail including Tenancy Agreement, Letter of Offer etc. and compile the findings for Superior's further review.To assist Superior on all leasing matters including follow up with the relevant parties, documentation of discussion outcomes, preparation of leasing information/documents and so forth as assigned by the Superior.Maintaining, updating and safekeeping of all information from time to time in a neat and tidy approach.To prepare and ensure accurate, timely completion of reports in accordance with the management directionAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. You are ideal candidate because: Degree/Diploma in Commerce or its equivalent.Preferably 3 to 5 years relevant experience.Experience in large scale retail will be an advantage.Proactive, meticulous, attention to detail, strong analytical in numbers and problem solving.Mature, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft programs.Proficient English writing and interpersonal skills.Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks.Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on weekend/public holiday when required.Possess the flexibility to outstation when required. Nice to have: Higher commitment in career, willing to invest your time & effort to learn & grow together with the company.Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
