Senior Executive, Asset Management

RESPONSIBILITIES Quality regimented calling on targeted customer to offer repayment assistance.To coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for agreement execution, documents & approvals till credit approval stage.To verify and perform KYC on application information in submitted documents.Monitoring and managing post RA repayment performance of customers.Managing inbound enquiries regarding repayment assistance / variation of agreement.Attending any other duties assigned by superior/HOD from time to time.REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Baking/ Finance or relevant working experience will be considered.Minimum 2 years and above experience in banking & finance/ customer relationship management.Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel & PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in commanding Large Language Model (LLM) is preferred.
