Job Responsibilities:
Assist Manager to ensure Sales team achieves the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
Oversee the implementation of sales and marketing strategies and all aspects to increase sales revenue.
Source for new prospects and follow up on existing prospects to ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.
Liaise with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers on all aspects of execution of SPA and loan documentation.
Ensure all SPA, loan agreements, and related activities of the sales and credit administration process documentations are done correctly within timelines, filed properly for retrieval at all times.
Responsible for sales launching, attending to walk-in customers, and any forms of sales inquiries via email, phone call, letter, etc.
Work with the Marketing Department to carry out product awareness campaigns and provide feedback on products and campaigns.
Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
Qualifications/Skills:
Degree holder in Business Studies/Real Estate Management/Sales & Marketing/Commerce Administration Management or related disciplines (those without required academic qualification but have more than 4 years' working experience with proven track record are encouraged to apply).
At least 4 years of working experience in property development with proven track record and at least 3 years of leading a property sales team.
A team player.
Creative and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); technology skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop).
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and willing to work on a rotation basis and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
Possess own transport, willing to travel occasionally and commute between projects.
