Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Talent Management

Ensure that organization-wide talent management and learning & development initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
Support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and update new joiners' orientation slides.
Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered for targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
Upkeep and maintain Talent Management/ Training records in the HR system.
Manage and process training administration including training registrations, payments and HRDC administration.
Responsible for talent/ training data governance and ensure continual updates to HR system.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years working experience in the Talent Management and Development.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Problem-solving and results-driven;
Good analytical skills;
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations;
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills;
Strong team player and stakeholder management skills;
Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Competency in using Microsoft Office i.e.
