You will play an important role in:
Executing & maintaining the Keepsake Online platforms, including the website, Shopee, and Lazada.
Ensuring accurate product listings, timely updates, and a smooth customer journey.
Executing online campaigns aligned with upcoming merchandise launches & other promotional events.
Monitoring and managing Keepsake's social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
Executing strategies to increase social media followers and foster a loyal community.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute and implement channel strategies to better manage transactional channels and support multi-channel route to market.
Execute the day-to-day operations of Keepsake's online platforms, including the company website, Shopee, and Lazada. Ensure accurate and updated product information, promotions, and inventory across platforms.
Support the continuous improvement of Enabling Tools, Systems, Reporting & Analysis towards a performance-driven organisation.
Execute sales reports and analysis, market share, and distribution performance to key stakeholders including RTM KPIs.
Engagement and alignment of multiple functions (cinema ops team, product team, and external vendors) to ensure stock availability, delivered OITF to the end consumers:
Lead planning for launches and stocks pipelining, including listing and upload of PLU codes in systems.
Agree and align with respective stakeholders on all initiatives relating to execution.
Stock Management:
Liaise and manage 3rd party fulfilment vendor.
Work with relevant parties to lead monthly stock count and audit.
Report monthly sales and stock holding and make recommendations for category and stock management to the product team.
Create and Curate Social Media Content:
Design and produce visually appealing, on-brand content for Keepsake's social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram), including posts, stories, and reels.
Write compelling captions and promotional messages that resonate with the target audience and highlight product offerings and promotions.
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely communication with followers.
Monitor Social Media Performance and Growth:
Track key social media metrics (e.g., follower count, engagement rates, reach) to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
Identify trends and opportunities to enhance Keepsake's social media presence and develop strategies to attract and retain followers.
Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and community interactions to foster a loyal customer base.
Any Other Related AD HOC Company Programmes Assigned.
What you should have:
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of E-commerce experience & social media.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge in RTM, especially in E-commerce.#J-18808-Ljbffr
