Senior Executive - Client AcquisitionJob Role & PurposeThe Senior Executive – Client Acquisition involves developing strategies to attract and secure new clients. The individual will be responsible for identifying target markets and building relationships with HTT clients. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Travel - Client Acquisition.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement client acquisition plans to achieve business goals.Conduct in-depth market research to identify new company prospects, emerging trends, and potential clients through proactive outreach efforts (hunting).Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing, to ensure a seamless and effective client onboarding experience.Manage all client-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and onboarding forms, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Schedule meetings, coordinate communications, and manage documentation workflows.Work closely with the sales team to align on objectives and strategies.Implement strategies to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, offering feedback and recommendations to senior management.Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.Assist in trade shows and customer events (e.g., MAS Travel Fair, MATTA Fair, etc.).Collaborate cross-functionally on projects when required.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the corporate travel industry.Proven track record of building and growing a sales pipeline.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects.Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.Job Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Solid understanding and knowledge of customer travel, airlines, and company products.Growth mindset - positive, proactive, creative solutions, and continuous improvement.Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.High level of stress tolerance and operational crisis management.Passionate about travel and willing to travel.BenefitsHigh reputable travel agency.Flexible staff benefits.Cross-functional & high growth culture.If this opportunity excites you and you would like to discover more, we would love to meet with you.
