Responsibilities: In this role you will provide support and guidance in the development of high-impact data driven commercial insights and recommendations that drive our brand strategies to win in the market. In addition, this role fosters collaboration, between the Marketing, Digital, Data, Operation, Finance and Supply Chain teams, aligning vision and scope across commercial strategies and projects.
Sales and BudgetingSignificant contributor to the development of monthly and yearly commercial revenue forecast (sales and budgeting) across cross-category and channels based on market performance analysis, internal and external business drivers, brand initiatives, competitive intelligence, macro-economic factors, and consumer trends with high accuracy of forecasting using appropriate financial and statistical methods, benchmarking metrics that has direct impact on brand performance
2. Demand Analytics Development of demand forecasting models to support demand management on cross category for monthly and yearly demand planning with high accuracy of forecasting and timely volume performance analysis.
3. Portfolio Analytics Performing portfolio analytics for campaign and promotional simulation models (pre and post scenarios) to assess business performance, evaluate profitability across categories, channels and customers to drive balanced revenue growth for Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives
4. Data-led Automation Build and maintain high accuracy of data taxonomy/mapping across categories, channels and customer segments to ensure end-to-end system enterprise-wide automation, Co-partnered with Digital and Data teams to design user requirements for Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards as well as to user testing for Bl implementation
5. External Collaboration and Partnership Collaborate closely with regional teams and vendors to ensure strategic alignment and identify alliances to Test and learn' experimental approach, regional best practices in optimizing commercial revenue forecast and data analytics performance
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related fieldMin 3+ years of experience in a finance/commercial analytics/marketing analytics role, with a focus on strategic analysis and business partneringStrong financial competence with advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is an advantageProven ability to work independently, handle several priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Strong business knowledge and a proactive approach to learning new skills, understanding market dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
