Senior Executive - Company Secretary

Responsibilities:Manage the full range of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions
Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks
Maintain registers of controllers, nominee shareholders, and directors
Keep statutory records, registers, and other relevant documents required by the Companies Act
Ensure timely statutory filings with ACRA and SSM
Prepare XBRL Financial Statements - Manage billing processes
Job Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Business or relevant qualification
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Independent, organized, multitask and meticulous
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
