Senior Executive - Conference

Responsibilities



-Synthesize and analyze research output to be developed into high quality business intelligence/conferences


-Conducting telephone research and desk research to develop business conferences and workshops in line with market needs


-Structuring the agenda and focus of business conferences within stipulated timelines


-Preparation of proposals, quotation and any other required documents for projects


-Supporting event team in events and any other event related matters


-Communicating, liaising and working closely with senior level managers from various industries


-Qualifying and inviting industry experts to participate at a conference or as speakers/course facilitators


-Generating new and innovative ideas for future conferences


-Managing internal events platform and operation matters

-Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is a minimum requirement


-Minimum 2 to 3 year(s) working experience (experience in the conference industry is preferred)


-Strong interests in current business issues and industry demands


-Good research and analytical skills


-Excellent oral and written communication skills


-A team player and creative thinker
