b) Feasibility & Project Cost Estimate
Project cost plan - Penultimate Tender Drawing : Trade analysis for NSC / Direct Contract.
Financial Analysis : Compile, updating, cost tracking the total development cost & development data.
Taking Off : Verify drawing, review, check, & taking off quantity - NSC / Direct Contract.
Tender Document : Coordinate, prepare and check for NSC / Main Contract.
Evaluation & Award : Tender evaluation & analysis (technical & commercial) and Coordinate & follow up with tenderers & consultants - tenderer's queries, addendum, update, etc.
LA/WO/PO & Contract Document : Coordinate, prepare, follow up & check for NSC / Main Contract.
d) Contract Administration
Request for VO before AI/EI : Data compilation, cost estimate & VO approval form - NSC / Direct Contract.
Interim Claim : Joint site valuation with site team, site measurement, preparation - Main Contract / NSC / Consultant.
VE/VM : Compile, coordinate with consultant & NSC / MC (for direct contract) / NS.
e) Final Account
Preparation, take off quantity from drawing - NSC / Direct Contrac.t
f) Documentation
Coordinate, follow up & review with Site personnel, review for the submission of sample, catalogue, material, shop drawing, as-built drawing, O&M, warranty certificate, document for Green RE compliance - NSC / Direct Contract.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
