JOB OBJECTIVE To implement and deliver the creative designs concepts across various mediums (print and digital) and to communicate ideas, messages or information effectively that meet the needs and objectives of MTDC promotion and branding. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Participates in the formulation of Budget and Department Plan and plans own monthly and weekly work schedule. 2. Establishes personal PRls and ensures their attainment. 3. Conceptualisation & Design: Develop creative concepts, ideas, graphic & visual designs for marketing collaterals, social media, website based on project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience. Develop creative concepts and storyboard for video production. Translate conceptual ideas into tangible design solutions across various mediums, including print and digital. 4. Creative Design: Design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, banners , buntings and other promotional materials) especially for MTDC Brand Campaign. Create visual assets for digital platforms (social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements). Prepare print-ready artwork files for various printing methods, including offset printing, digital printing, and large-format printing. 5. Multimedia Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and storyboard for video production. Produce high quality video and content editing by utilising necessary resources to create compelling narratives and promotional materials. 6. Website Design and Management: Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement designs that balance aesthetics with functionality and technical feasibility. Update the website content and keep updated with design trends. 7. Able to manage multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. 8. Support Event Management & Promotion and Stakeholders Relation Teams
