Senior Executive, Corporate Finance

Job Description/Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and overseeing, leading up to completion of various corporate finance activities.Manage due diligence exercise, evaluate corporate proposals and investment opportunities to assess their financial viability, risks, and potential returns.Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports, presentations and board papers for management review and decision-making.Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and cash flow projections.Conduct valuation exercises using various methodologies to determine the fair value of assets, projects, or companies.Prepare detailed valuation and feasibility studies to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.   Assist in reviewing and negotiation of transaction documentation including term sheets, SPAs and other legal documents.Prepare and review announcements, shareholders' circulars, application and submission pack to regulatory authorities such as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), Securities Commissions Malaysia ("SC"), etc, where required.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, legal, and operations teams, to gather relevant information and ensure alignment of objectives.Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, advisors, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate transactions and negotiations.Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed to support corporate finance initiatives, strategic projects, and business development efforts. Job Specification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Possess minimum of 2 years' experience in market research, strategic planning, investment analysis, and partnership management.Familiar with Bursa Securities' listing requirements, SC's guidelines, Capital Markets and Services Act and Companies Act.Strong business acumen, analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to interpret data. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset.Computer literate and possess advance skills in Microsoft Office applications and Bloomberg Terminal.Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and responsibility for driving results and achieving objectives.Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
