Senior Executive - CRM & Loyalty ProgramTo manage all SOGO Card/Apps related operations within the general functions including strategizing planning & execution of the program which include member acquisition & retention.
To formulate and monitor regular and consistent interactions (SMS, EDM, Push Notification, Telegram, Mailer, Verbal, etc) with SOGO members – to ensure customers are well informed of sales & promotional activities to regulate their visits and maximize their purchases.
To implement specific strategic plans and monitor progress of all operations against plan targets. To propose/generate the most potential and valuable member list for specified campaigns.
To collaborate with internal (Marketing/Merchandising) and external (brands Owners) to define promotions/event goal, objective and specific implementation plan, from Marketing to Execution stage to promote sales and brand building for the said department/brand. These include 'Exclusive Launch, VIP Members Events, Beauty Workshop, Pampering Services etc.
To plan, set and execute SOGO Card Gift & Reward product sourcing, selection and redemption program in order to provide the best redemption choices which meet members' expectations.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years working experience in retail industry CRM or in similar capacity.
Experience in development of business cases for new CRM/Loyalty initiatives, strong understanding of CRM principles and omni-channel customer experience.
Possess ability to anticipate changes in the environment accurately and willingness to accept accountability for results, share success and develop high level of loyalty and morale.
Self-motivated and committed with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good communication skills both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
