Job Description:
Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure proper implementation of loyalty initiatives across multiple markets and channels
Plan, coordinate, execute and track marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention
Strengthen customer engagement through content creation based on the objectives of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns/initiatives
Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends / best practices to optimize campaigns results and provide recommendations for improvement and new ideas
Maintain customer database and ensure data integrity
Manage the segmentation of customer database to support campaign analysis and reporting
Job RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism or related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in retail industry
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to thrive in fast-paced, high intensity working environment
Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
