Full time
Provide Support toInternational Patients : Deliver personalized assistance and support to international patients, ensuring their needs are met.
Managing services and patient flow at the International Patient Lounge to ensure smooth operations and prompt service.
Proactively assisting both walk-in and scheduled customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Address any service-related concerns at the lounge and report significant matters to the Assistant Manager.
Monitor and maintain lounge supplies by overseeing the inventory levels, ensuring supplies are replenished promptly and items remain in good condition.
Conduct ward visits to provide support to patients and collect feedback.
Assist the Manager in coordination of VIP Services.
Job Requirement
At least a Degree in any field
Minimum 3 years working experience
Preferably in Hospitality/Healthcare industry or customer-facing roles
Knowledge in medical terminology is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
