Roles and responsibilities:
Project management (L5)
Takes full accountability for defining, guiding, facilitating, and successfully completing medium-scale projects.
Provides strong leadership to the project team, adopting appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
Manages change control processes, assesses risks, and ensures projects are aligned with governance frameworks and business priorities.
Maintains regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet agreed-upon standards, budgets, and timelines.
Ensures scheduled quality reviews of projects and products are conducted in accordance with procedures and meet the required standards.
Proactively monitors performance metrics, implementing preventive and corrective actions as necessary.
Updates detailed project plans in Click Up, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Keeps stakeholders and project teams regularly informed of project progress and manages expectations effectively.
Collaborates with external vendors or consultants to ensure their deliverables align with project objectives.
Provides regular updates to the Delivery Manager and stakeholders on project status, including progress reports, issues, and changes.
Documents all aspects of the project from initial planning through to post-go-live activities and ensures all tasks are completed.
Facilitates the handover of project documentation and knowledge to the Digital Technology Operational teams for ongoing support.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Defines and manages the scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for all initiatives.
Facilitates stakeholder input, offers constructive challenge, and enables the effective prioritization of requirements.
Establishes requirements baselines or backlogs, secures the necessary approvals, and ensures traceability back to the original source.
Business Situation Analysis (L4)
Investigates complex and ambiguous business situations.
Takes a holistic approach to identify and analyze problems and opportunities.
Contributes to selecting the appropriate methods and techniques for business situation analysis.
Performs root cause analysis and offers recommendations for improvements, while engaging and collaborating with operational stakeholders.
Feasibility Assessment (L4)
Selects relevant feasibility assessment approaches and techniques.
Identifies the range of possible options.
Undertakes short-listing of options and feasibility assessment.
Engages with internal and external stakeholders to get the information required for feasibility assessment.
Supports preparation of business cases including cost/benefit, impact and risk analysis for each option.
Benefits Management (L4)
Contributes to the development and execution of benefits management plans for projects and programs.
Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and quantify benefits and establishes metrics and mechanisms for tracking benefits realization.
Monitors and reports on progress toward benefits realization.
Identifies and escalates risks and issues that may affect benefits delivery.
