Senior Executive/Executive, Brewing And Processing

Responsible for the brewing process at the brewhouse including material intake, material transfer, brewing panel/control room operations, wort cooling operation including SCADA.
Enforced to drive Excellence in their working zone.Responsibilities: Yeast pitching operation during wort cooling.Ordering of additives, raw material for Brewing.Co-ordinate spent grain discharge to contractorEnsure housekeeping is carried out in the brewhouse.Ensure safety guidelines and policies are adhered to when operating the plant.Comply to the COM guidelines and contribute consistently inExcellence journey using CarlEx tools.
Drive area KPI to drive department KPI in line with CBN.Ensure COM compliance and able to conduct self audit based on COM.Able to assist in minor maintenance activity will be added advantage SAP posting by brew on-time.Silo stock management (continuous communication with Material Planning).Manage contract employee in daily cleaning task under supervision (Safety & Quality).Covering for Executives, B&P in yeast line or tank CIP and fermentation processes.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Bio Technology/Bio Chemistry.3 years working experience is a food manufacturing environment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Able to lead and motivate his team to achieve the KPIs set.Responsible and able to work independently.Able to organise and plan effectively.Basic science knowledge and certification in IGB is an advantage.
