Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, incorporating creative retail concepts, partnerships, and managing relevant stakeholders & agencies to achieve company objectives and KPIs.
Proactively pursue new networks and clientele through strategic partnerships and business development to drive mall growth and explore new business opportunities.
Seek out strategic partnerships with International/National brands and trending opportunities to enhance mall traffic and engagement.
Proactively pursue monetary and product sponsorships from brands for campaigns while identifying new trends and opportunities to enhance the value of events and campaigns in the mall.
Manage selected retail trade categories and assist retailers with marketing activities and support, fostering good rapport and relationship with retailers.
Manage promotional and advertising revenue through events and advertising.
Optimize and maintain advertising spaces and upkeep digital and static marketing mediums of the mall.
Prepare campaign & event reports and conduct competitive reviews of other malls/events/competitors.
Assist in Sunway Malls campaigns & projects.
Handle additional special projects, tasks, and duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Certificate in Marketing or equivalent.
At least two years of Marketing/Retail/Event Experience.
Demonstrate competency in marketing & events, identifying opportunities and new partnerships.
Exposure to innovation-related events & campaigns.
Passionate about materializing events and campaigns.
Interest in networking and growing clientele database across industries.
Understanding of the mall landscape and interest to grow in the mall industry.
Prior experience in Mall Marketing Management is considered an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
