Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to maximize bulk sales volume in the designated Northern Region.
Implement marketing strategies to promote bagged products and increase market share.
Manage and optimize sales from the warehouse in the Northern Region.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for effective positioning and market penetration.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Implement credit control measures to minimize late payments and enhance cash flow.
Generate and analyze daily reports on sales performance and activities in the Northern Region.
Carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
Managerial Responsibilities:Provide guidance, coaching, and support for professional development.
Execute strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and overcome challenges.
Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
Organisational Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of annual sales budgets.
Report to the Head of Sales.
5S – Adherence and participation in 5S activities.
Requirements:Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
Strong understanding of bulk and bagged products in the construction materials industry.
Experience in launching and promoting new products.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on results.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
