Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. Over the years, MFM has grown to become one of the leading flour millers in Malaysia. Outside of Malaysia, MFM also has presence in the flour milling industry in Vietnam and Indonesia. In Indonesia, MFM is one of the shareholders in PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, along with Toyota Tsusho Group (Japan) and PT FKS Food and Ingredients (Indonesia).
MFM ventured into the poultry feed business in 1983 and since then has expanded considerably across the poultry value chain in breeding, farming and processing, to become one of the leading poultry integrators in Malaysia.
In November 2019, MFM commissioned a new state-of-the-art poultry processing plant with a processing capacity of up to 280,000 birds per day. MFM's group revenues in FY19 were RM2.7 billion.

Job Description
Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities.
Lead the exclusive sales rep & general sales team for customer development & distribution.
Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
Distributor order planning & validate sell out claim.
Coaching distributor sales team for trade execution excellence.
Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
Ensure correct shelf price and merchandising are implemented.
Service all outlets in assigned territory as scheduled.
Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
Participate in sales activation and promotional activities as and when required.
Enhance relationship through productive communication with all customers to ensure prompt response to needs or complaints to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Monitor activity at store level and communicate competitive, category, and product information that affect sales results (e.g. pricing, product assortment, promotion and placement) to Sales Management, so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics.
To perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.
Job Qualification
Any Bachelor Degree with experience in distributors and customers management.
2-3 years experience in Distributor Sales.
