Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:To identify potential candidates and utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment by providing timely communication and feedback.
Job Advertising:Create and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to identify opportunities for talent acquisition and retention.
Data Management:Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using the internal record-keeping system.
Employer Branding:Promote our company culture and values to attract potential employees and enhance our employer brand.
Onboarding Support:Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Job RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Team spirit.
Proficiency in English and proficiency in Mandarin are advantages.
