Assist in managing cash flow position and credit control for financial planning and budgeting.Preparing financial documents such as invoices and accounts payable and all other accounting related matters including bank reconciliation.Collating and processing purchases and payments and entry into accounting system.Assist in preparing full set of accounts; prepare P&L, monthly balance sheet report, AP aging, monthly journals and general ledger .Resolving supplier financial queries via phone and email.Resolve discrepancies (bank, business, supplier contact).Assist in recording transactions and events about inventory fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.Assist in preparing bank related applications and handling bank facility transactions - LC/IF/Term Loan/Term Deposit/BG.Assist in supporting all aspects of operating a finance department.Handle Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the superiors/management team.To liase with external parties/stakeholders - bankers/auditor/tax agent/co-sec/govt authorities.Ensure processes and reporting are executed timely and accurately, and in compliance with internal controls and company policies.Attend conferences and trainings (if applicable and relevant) to enhance technical know howAd hoc projects when required by management. JOB COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Min 3 years working experience in finance and related field, knowledge of Autocount System will be an added advantage.Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.Able to read, write, and speak fluently in English.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with the team and other stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple competing priorities.Attention to details and strong problem-solving skill.Willing to learn and work in a dynamic business environment.Self-starter, self-motivated, independent and versatile team player.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, book keeping procedures and inter-company transactions entries.Working experience in financial audit or construction related business will be an advantage, but not required.
