Prepare and manage a full set of accounts, ensuring timely month-end closure.
Maintain and reconcile accounting records accurately.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Compile financial results from subsidiaries, including monthly accounts, quarterly reports, and other analyses.
Liaise with subsidiaries to ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reporting.
Provide solutions and support to subsidiary finance teams.
Assist in implementing new accounting systems and processes.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and related duties as required.
Job Requirements
Candidate to possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector with solid financial operations knowledge.
At least 1 year of audit experience is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of ERP or SAP systems is highly desirable.
Skilled in accounting software (training will be provided).
Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and engaging with all organizational levels.
Self-motivated, assertive and able to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for work-related assignments.
