The Senior Executive, Finance will be responsible to support our Finance Department in various key areas, including financial reporting, pricing strategy, budgeting, and process optimization.
You will assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing performance, and providing valuable insights for business improvement.
The role also involves supporting the management of accounts and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while contributing to business feasibility studies and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Strategies & Cost Structure:Assist in analyzing pricing and revenue; propose price adjustments when necessary.
Review the costing for individual patient care episodes and assess the performance of pricing packages.
Census & Revenue Reporting; Budget Preparation:Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily census reporting and assist in revenue analysis.
Assist in the development of yearly budgets for census and revenue projections.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting:Analyze past financial performance and identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Support cost centers and department heads with performance analysis and improvement recommendations.
Inventory Management & Analysis:Assist in reviewing inventory processes, offering recommendations for improvement.
Provide guidance on inventory costing and identify areas for improvement in movement analysis.
Process Improvement & Automation:Assist in automation projects aimed at improving financial processes and productivity.
Support system implementation and automation initiatives within the Finance Department.
Other Key Tasks:Support the preparation of the Annual Business Plan.
Conduct financial evaluations for CAPEX and business expansion, including feasibility studies and ROI calculations.
Qualification & Requirements:
Degree in Accounting / Costing / Data Analyst or any professional or finance or data analyst or equivalent
ICAEW / ACCA / CPA / MIA / CIMA / Data Analyst or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably with experience in data analytics and pricing strategy
Required skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI
Accounting and finance knowledge, data analytics, costing and pricing knowledge is an added advantage.
