Senior Executive - Finance

Responsibilities: Responsible for month-end closing and assist in monthly financial reportingPrepare sales journal, monthly recurring journal, calculate outlet closing stocks, COGS and variable rent by outletSubmit monthly sales report to Mall/landlordPrepare monthly balance sheet schedulesAssist in annual audit, tax filing and other statutory reportingPrepare outlet and hostels' monthly rental and utilities paymentPrepare monthly invoices and follow up on collectionPrepare monthly bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, e-wallet reconciliation and delivery sales reconciliation Update MFRS16 schedule and accounting treatment for outlet and hostelCash flow monitoring and managementOther ad hoc dutiesRequirements: Bachelor's in Accounting or equivalent qualificationAt least 2 years relevant finance experiences, preferably from F&B/retail industry Proficiency in MS Excel and Accpac SystemCan-do attitude, Positive, Proactive, Meticulous, Multi-tasking, Efficient and Good team playerImmediate Available is highly preferred
