Apply NOW, you might be the one we are looking for!Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain monthly student dashboards to provide updated and accurate data for management review.
Assist in preparing monthly rolling forecasts and perform variance analyses against the previous year and budget.
Develop presentation decks for EXCO reporting, ensuring clarity and precision.
Conduct feasibility studies on new products or investments to support revenue growth initiatives.
Assist in coordinating and preparing the annual budget for the Group.
Review departmental purchase requisitions to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Monitor budget utilization by cost center and provide recommendations for optimization.
Support the Finance team during monthly financial closings, statutory reporting, and audits, as required.
Liaise with various departments to provide financial insights and act as a business partner to support operational needs.
Involve in business performance analysis, prepare detailed reports, and recommend process improvements.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the management.SKILLS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Finance & Accounting or professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA) or any relevant qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Power BI skill and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic Navision is an added advantage.
Good communication skills, good analytical skills with attention to details, self-motivated, self-initiative, and good problem-solving skills.
