ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and comment on commercial and operational agreements, technical agreements, letters of awards.
Possess working experience in the field of procurement, technical and commercial drafting.
Conduct legal research as required.
Provide legal opinion, advice and responses to any legal requests by divisions within the group.
Assist in industrial relations and compliance matters.
Monitor and update the Head of Division with the latest laws and regulations applicable to the business.
Prepare monthly reports for the Head of Division as required.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills will be an advantage.
Be approachable and establish good communication internally and act professionally towards external parties.
Liaise and discuss with end users regarding assigned legal matters.
EDUCATIONLL.
B (Hons.)
Degree in Law or its equivalent, CLP.
EXPERIENCEMinimum 3 years in legal practice.
Candidates with experience in the automotive industry are encouraged to apply.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIESGood drafting skills and sound knowledge of current laws.
Fluency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin will be an advantage.
Able to work independently.
Initiative, well-planned, and proactive.
