Type of Factory:Fertilizer Factory
Responsibilities:
Carrying out general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and data entry.
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Maintaining employee records and personnel files.
Coordinating employee training and development programs.
Providing support for payroll and benefits administration.
Addressing employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborating with the management team to implement HR policies and procedures.
Providing administrative support for various company events and activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar administrative or human resources role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Knowledge of HR best practices and local employment laws and regulations.
