Job Description: HR Operations Management Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning.Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to comply with legal standards and align with company goals.Ensure timely and accurate management of payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR needs specific to food manufacturing operations.Process Improvement & Optimization Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations.Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and develop automation tools and HRIS systems that increase productivity.Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate HR process efficiency, regularly report on findings, and adjust strategies as needed.Employee Relations & Compliance Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries, policy clarifications, and conflict resolution.Address employee concerns, investigate complaints, and mediate disputes fairly and effectively.Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws, ensuring that all HR activities align with regulatory requirements in the food manufacturing sector.Promote a positive workplace culture that supports safety, diversity, and inclusion.HR Systems and Data Management Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate and secure data storage.Leverage HRIS to improve data reporting and streamline employee data management.Manage employee records and HR documentation in line with confidentiality and compliance requirements.Performance Management Support Support the development and administration of performance review processes and improvement plans.Collaborate with managers to facilitate constructive feedback and performance discussions.Track and analyze performance data to identify trends, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsQualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally within a manufacturing or food production environment.Skills:Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll/benefits management.Proficiency in HRIS, data management, and reporting tools.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on employee relations.
