Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.Implement effective sourcing strategies and build a pipeline of potential candidates.Manage onboarding for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.Employee Relations :
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.Address and resolve employee grievances, promoting a positive work culture.Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.Implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Performance Management :
Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system, including goal setting and feedback sessions.Work with managers to identify and address performance issues and provide coaching.Coordinate training and development initiatives to foster employee growth.Compensation & Benefits :
Assist in the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages.Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefit administration.Monitor and update salary structures, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.Training & Development :
Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, and professional development opportunities.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.Compliance & Reporting :
Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal employment regulations.Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality.Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management.HR Projects & Initiatives :
