About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive, Human Resource- Training & Development to join the team at Pertama Ferroalloys Sdn Bhd in Bintulu Sarawak. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the company's training and development initiatives, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
What you'll be doing Designing, implementing and evaluating training programmes to address the company's skill gaps and development needsCollaborating with business leaders to identify training requirements and align learning initiatives with organisational objectivesDeveloping and delivering engaging training content, including workshops, e-learning modules and on-the-job trainingMonitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programmes, making adjustments as neededProviding coaching and mentoring support to employees to facilitate their professional growthMaintaining training records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policiesPromoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisationWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar training and development role, ideally within the human resources or learning and development functionProven track record in designing and delivering effective training programmes that drive employee engagement and performanceStrong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create innovative, interactive training contentExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiencesProficient in needs analysis, programme evaluation and data-driven decision makingCollaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDegree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related fieldWhat we offer
