Senior Executive, Interior Designer

RESPONSIBILITY Responsible for design, preparing project-related design concept proposals, 3D drawings, sketches, layouts, detail drawings, etc.before deadline.Liaise and coordinate with subcontractor, supplier and client at various stages of works effectively.Work closely and liaise with site team and project team to ensure drawings are accurate and within design.Manage timeline of the project & work arrangement Site visits and meetings (as and where required) Any other task as given by Management from time to time REQUIREMENTS At least at 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills, and handling client's expectations.Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking would be an advantage.
