SALARY RANGE : MYR 4,240 - MYR 6,360 A DAY IN A LIFE As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to: Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of streamlined processes for interline operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance overall performance. Operational Planning: Work closely with the operational planning team to develop and implement efficient cargo transportation procedures. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key interline partners, including senior executives from partner airlines. Systems Management: Work closely to develop automated data transfers (EDI messaging) between interline partners to minimize email communications on shipment tracking. Monitor and enforce contract compliance, initiating corrective actions when necessary. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in airline operations, partnerships, or related roles. Proven track record of successful negotiation and management of interline agreements. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and industry best practices. Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
