Manage, plan and organize all functional activities of the IT department to ensure smooth delivery of all IT projects and IT services to end users.
Manage daily IT activities such as troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and incidents or problems related to IT systems.
Plan, organize, implement, and monitor IT CAPEX and OPEX for the organization.
Provide control and security measures for all IT systems.
Source and negotiate with vendors to select appropriate hardware and software while protecting IT investment against premature obsolescence.
Represent the IT division for business solution evaluation and major IT purchases.
Manage IT organization resources to ensure hardware and software are properly maintained and their operations are tuned for optimized usage.
Ensure the delivery of IT services meets the KPI and complies with stipulated IT policies and procedures.
Provide consultation or advice to other divisions on IT-related matters or decision making.
Update management on the progress of IT projects to ensure IT objectives align with the organization's direction.
Develop IT blueprint aligned with the overall business agenda and company long-term strategy.
Maintain all cases in the company ticket log system, updating incident reports or project timelines or statuses.
Ensure to respond to issues and problems raised according to internal and external target resolutions.
Take corrective actions or preventive measures to avoid or minimize system and hardware problems.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a similar field.
Experience with Windows Operating Systems for PCs and Servers.
Familiarity with IT hardware and equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, modems, servers, tape and network devices, PCs, storage, and network equipment.
Deep knowledge in network design, planning, deployment, and configuration.
Able to configure and deploy network switches, appliances, and firewalls without assistance.
Experience with Microsoft Server and applications or services such as SQL, SCCM, and Hyper-V.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Azure, Teams, and SharePoint, including administrative roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
