About the job SENIOR EXECUTIVE, KEY CLIENT MANAGEMENTPrimary position Objective
Collaborate with all Commercial department team towards meeting yearly budget and goals.
Manage key account liners to ensure customer satisfaction on the services offered.
Coordinate between company external/internal stakeholders.
Plan business strategy to achieve department targets while complying with company policy.
Functional Management
Servicing of customers to ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
Efficiently correspond on customer enquiries, requests, and complaints.
Provide customers timely information on relevant issues relating to commercial sales and operational issues.
Identify ocean cargo opportunities and provide appropriate service solutions to customers.
Manage good relationships and communication by conducting sales calls/visits to/from customers.
Coordinate between company external/internal stakeholders.
Resolve disputes between company external/internal stakeholders on relevant issues relating to commercial sales and operational issues.
Channel communication between customers and related stakeholders.
Assist in other key account management activities.
Assist in developing projects on ocean cargoes, marine services, and free zone businesses.
Conduct monthly key statistic review and analysis.
Perform ocean cargo market research on trends in trade & industry.
Co-support the business development team with various port visit events.
Any other duties assigned by superiors as required.
Generate reports and statistics as required by Management.
Ensure all relevant information relating to commercial sales and operational issues is collected, updated, and reported.
Qualifications
Degree preferably in business administration or other equivalent qualification.
Skills
Excellent command of English & Malay with strong writing skills.
Working knowledge of information technology.
As the company's main product is service and in B2B business, dynamic and innovative thinking are required.
Responsible for executing tactical customer management strategies and identifying new business opportunities to achieve the company's targeted revenue.
Experience
Minimum 5 years working experience in Marketing, Shipping and Logistics Industry/Environment or related field.
