Senior Executive Mall Loyalty Engagement & CommunicationAbout the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Executive to join our dynamic Loyalty Program & e-marketing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for mall merchant engagement, shopper engagement, loyalty building and communication for Starling mall and SHCSB group.
What you'll be doing
Mall Merchant Engagement:
• Work with Starling mall outlet merchants to create joint events and campaigns at the Starling
• Engage Starling mall merchants in mall's loyalty program for shoppers
• Assist merchants to upload content to Starling mall digital assets
Shopper Engagement & Loyalty Building:
• Work on programs under Mall's loyalty program for shoppers
Communication:
• Gather content and write communication materials / content for print & digital platforms for See Hoy Chan Group.
What we're looking for
Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Excellent spoken and written English;
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
