Senior Executive/Manager - Export (Japanese Foods)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Research, develop, and manage export business plans, international trade fairs , trade agreements and export strategies.
- Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
- Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements.
- Arrange transportation of goods.
- Negotiate freight rates and taxes/ duties 
- Meet with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective action.
- Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase export sales.
- Provide guidance and support to other staff in the organization.
Education and Qualifications Required:- 
Typically a bachelor's degree in international business, international relations or a related field is required for this role. Additionally, encourage certification from the National Association of Exporters and Importers is added advantage .
- Working experience in international marketing or international sales is necessary.
- Meet sales target
- Can convers in English, Bahasa & Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
