Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing and executing strategic ongoing marketing initiatives and programs.
-Work closely with the operations and retail teams to ensure alignment of programming and sales goals.
-Managing the execution and distribution of POSM to ensure brand visibility and engagement at the point of sale.
-Collaborate with business development and create marketing partnerships and promotions with suppliers, company business units, and complementary brands that drive revenue and access new audiences.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
-Work alongside agencies to direct support for PR, digital and email marketing, SEO, search, content creation, and creative campaigns.
-Manage and monitor all campaigns including but not limited to paid social, KOL management, EDM, CRM, Local Store Marketing.
-Develop on-site and off-site marketing communications program to maximize conversion.
-Build a strong and engaged influencer programs to maximize conversion.
-Oversee all reputation and management on Google and other digital platforms.
-Assist in managing all social media strategies to grow organic and paid social media channels.
-Plan, create and execute content strategy for all digital channels.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
-Proactively keep abreast of competitors, current trends and events in marketing, social technologies, new media, and relevant industries.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and data-driven insights; adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
-Maintain good working relationship and coordination with Operations team, Supply Chain and Procurement and Menu Development team with a view to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company's short and long terms and sales profit growth objectives.
-Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

; Requirements:- Qualifications and Skills Required:
-A Diploma or Degree in Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experiences in Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably the food and beverages.
-A strong understanding of trade marketing fundamentals, including production planning, inventory management and sales operations.
-Proficient in planning, research, data analysis, forecasting, planogramming, project management, and event management.
-Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sensitivity to numbers and data.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
-Willingness to learn, constructive attitude, ability to problem-solve, and make things happen.
-Proactive, self-starter, organized, able to prioritize, and thrive in high-pressure situations while meeting deadlines.
-Able to work independently across various platforms and departments with minimal supervision, and also a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

-Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office, and other relevant software and applications.
-Possess own car and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
