Senior Executive, Marketing Strategy

Keep track of division's key performances and provide regular reports and analysis with actionable insights. Responsible for the preparation of board papers and other management reports/presentation materials to the Management and Board. Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis. Keep abreast with consumer trends & marketing best practices via open source market research. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the demographics, psychologies, and behavioural drivers of Aeon Credit's customers through regular comparative reporting and data analysis of internal customer data set. Coordinate activities between departments to ensure that key projects are completed on schedule. Job Qualification Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry. Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Power BI is an added advantage. Be detail-oriented and have good problem-solving skills. Robust analytical and customer insight skills Team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven Able to work independently with high ownership , multi-task and meet deadlines. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders. Prepare to take on other roles and responsibilities when required.
