Senior Executive, Marketing Strategy

-Keep track of division's key performances and provide regular reports and analysis with actionable insights.


-Responsible for the preparation of board papers and other management reports/presentation materials to the Management and Board.


-Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis.


-Keep abreast with consumer trends and marketing best practices via open source market research.


-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the demographics, psychologies, and behavioural drivers of Aeon Credit's customers through regular comparative reporting and data analysis of internal customer data set.


-Coordinate activities between departments to ensure that key projects are completed on schedule.

; Requirements:-


-Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing


-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry.


-Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Power BI is an added advantage.


-Be detail-oriented and have good problem-solving skills.


-Robust analytical and customer insight skills


-Team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven


-Able to work independently with high ownership, multi-task and meet deadlines.


-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.


-Prepare to take on other roles and responsibilities when required.
