Senior Executive - Operational Excellence & Guest Experience (Lean Six Sigma)To support overall Lean Six Sigma coordination, Lean Six Sigma communication and training, management of scorecard and overall project tracking and visibility and ensure the alignment of corporate center, operating companies and subsidiaries strategies towards MAHB business direction.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Assist manager's on alignment of Corporate Center, Operating Companies and Subsidiaries strategy and business process improvements implementation in line with MAHB strategic direction.
Analyze and develop service level standards (SLS) of all functions and ensure that it is aligned with the company's objectives.
Implement and execute the improvement program and ensure that for each process area there will be a single process owner with clear responsibility, accountability and authority for the design, service quality and overall delivery objectives of the process.
Monitor and report to Manager of inter Corporate Centre Divisions/Operating Companies/Subsidiaries Transformation Management issues to ensure effectiveness of core and cross-functional transformation processes of the company.
Communicate and assist coordination of actions plans to MAHB and Operating Companies pertaining to the shortfalls and strategic issues.
Gather and provide data to analyze the process performance by comparing against SLS, identify and analyze the causes for divergence, ensure that strategic recommendations are being provided for changing or mitigating such and implemented.
Facilitate, assist and communicate with Operating Companies, Subsidiaries and Corporate Centre Divisions to ensure that process improvement strategies are developed, implemented and reported.
Organize and communicate with Operating Companies, Subsidiaries and divisions within MAHB regarding process performance monitoring and management as per instructed by managers.
Strategize and lead the coordination of initiatives that are to maximize company's value by optimizing cost and capital structure.
Implement, organize or coordinate activities that would enhance the effectiveness of strategic cost management program through benchmarking exercise, outsourcing, capitalizing on technology and other relevant approaches as per instructed by managers.
Implement and monitor activities contributing to improvement and enhancement of cost management system that will not only motivate business units to manage cost but also enhance profit consciousness.
Provide data and communication for manager on Operating Companies, Subsidiaries and divisions in MAHB to perform upfront cost and capital management rapid assessments to build the business case for transformation.
Coordinate enterprise across the various Operating Companies, Subsidiaries and Corporate Centre Divisions by utilizing the right methodologies for an effective cost and capital management such as life cycle costing, Lean Six Sigma management, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
