audit schedule, registration, audit file submission, printing of certificates, etc.).
He/she also provides administrative and operational support such as auditor authorization, document control, audit plan preparation, document review, logistical support and coordination with Clients and Auditors on audit related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage assigned new and existing clients on a regular basis ensuring execution of audit jobs by their due dates.
Provide audit notification to clients 3 months before the due date.
Request audit registration details from VCC.
Request audit plan from lead auditors.
Provide logistics support and arrangement for Auditors/Employees' transportation to conduct business activities.
Assist in uploading audit packages.
Facilitate and ensure the release of certificates to the client.
Monitor certificate suspension and withdrawal.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time to time.
Key Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or any related discipline with 2 to 3 years of experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Comfortable with processes in an ISO structured organisation.
Meticulous and proactive individual who possesses abilities in planning, following up, organising and administrative skills.
