Source, negotiate and partner with reliable vendors for best pricing, terms, quality and delivery/service.
Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
Well versed with tendering process, evaluate bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
Manage and coordinate all procurement related activities.
Process PR, prepare PR, process invoice and purchase report, and implement procurement strategies.
Perform site visits with vendors and end users and cooperatively work with other departments to resolve issues related to procurement.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
Must be willing to work in Putrajaya.
Possess own transport.
At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, and result-oriented.
