Position Responsibilities
Product Development:
-Focus on improving business processes, ensuring both effectiveness and efficiency in product delivery.
-Understand, challenge, and analyze user stories and requirements, translating both functional and non-functional needs into digital solutions.
-Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers, and marketing teams to define clear product requirements and priorities.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, guiding product direction.
-Participate in agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
-Present proposed solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the reasoning behind decisions and ensuring cross-departmental alignment.
-Analyze user feedback, research, and key data metrics to make informed decisions about product enhancements and feature prioritization.
-Maintain product documentation, oversee end-user training, and ensure efficient processes across multiple products/applications for consistent team alignment.

; Requirements:- Qualifications and Experiences
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in web, app, or technical product environments.
-Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to launch.
-Strong ability to align product development with business goals and market demands.
-Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
-Solid understanding of product management principles, lifecycles, and web/application best practices.
-Experience working with Agile methodologies and driving agile practices within a scrum team.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels within the organization.
-Experience in conducting user research is a plus (optional).
