Job Summary
This role is responsible fordeveloping season Brand plans and key product marketing plansworking together with global headquarter in Japan as well as local Malaysia marketing team.
The aim of the role isto establish Uniqlo LifeWear in Malaysia marketby d eveloping robust season template plans as well as weekly template plansincorporating both the intent of global plans and local business needs.
This position will work with cross departments of Merchandising Planning, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Control, E-Commerce and all other functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Brand and product marketing strategies and plans on an annual/seasonal basis.
Collaborate with Global Marketing team in Japan and local Marketing team to co-develop season and weekly marketing plans.
Establish understanding of Uniqlo LifeWear with breakthrough communication that elevates the brand and supports the key brand attributes through product marketing communication.
Ensure optimized product marketing communication for the Malaysia consumer for all product marketing materials.
Strategize local plan of the assigned products, to close the gap of Global & Local needs.
Lead the development of local activations, creative, event, influencer initiatives as needed.
Conduct business analyses and post marketing campaign reviews.
Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
At least 5 years of working experience for product marketing/communications (preferred).
Experience with retail and consumer marketing (preferred).
Skilled at managing multiple projects including resources, assets and budget in a timely manner.
Resourceful, Detail-oriented, self-starter with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Possess strong analytical skills and able to leverage data, and metrics to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
