Senior Executive Sales And Marketing (Vegetable Seeds & Plant Bio-Stimulants)

SENIOR EXECUTIVE SALES AND MARKETING (VEGETABLE SEEDS & PLANT BIO-STIMULANTS)Develop and execute sales & marketing plan in the defined territory.
Deliver accurate and timely sales forecast and planning for the commercial varieties.
Achieve agreed sales budget in the defined territory.
Provide product technical knowledge and expertise to dealers and end users.
Assist dealers on product promotions and sales to end users.
Build new business avenues and relationships with dealers, farmers, and key consumers.
Develop plan for commercial product launch and execute sales.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields.
Minimum 2 years' experience in the area of sales and marketing. Experience in related industries is preferred.
Knowledge in vegetable seeds/ biostimulants/ agricultural products and the market dynamics, requirements and environment is preferred.
Possess good sales and marketing skills, as well as new business development skills.
Enthusiastic, result oriented with good teamwork.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Willing to travel and possess own vehicle.
