Berjaya Land Berhad is looking for a Senior Executive – Sales (Based in Penang) to pursue sales leads for sales opportunities, attend to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPursue sales leads for sales opportunities, attend to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and act proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target.
Support all sales and marketing activities and events whenever required by the company, including weekend/public holiday duties in the sales gallery, whether locally or overseas, and attend to site appointments with prospects, purchasers, or agents for assigned projects.
Prepare, organize, and carry out upcoming new project sales launch preparation, documents, and marketing activities and materials.
Assist and support on the follow-up and coordinate the completion of all sales transactions, sales conversions, and loan drawdown of sold properties, and liaise with end financiers, solicitors, and purchasers on sales and loan documentation and credit control management.
Assist in handing over the VP of units process to ensure all documentation follows the guidelines and procedures with the control of payment collections, stakeholder sum, site inspection, and key collection are properly documented and smoothly run.
Source for database and sales opportunities to achieve corporate objectives.
Conduct market research, keep abreast of trends, demands, and comparable market prices, and prepare reports as required.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments, and activities assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTSPossess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years working experience in a sales-related field. Proven experience in properties/real estate is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Knowledge of Chinese would be an added advantage.
Possess good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel outstation/overseas, work on weekends, public holidays, and when required.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
