Senior Executive Sales Management

Job ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the Sales Administration processes are effectively carried out as per SOP adopted by the company.
To manage Sales Management processes/procedures and Road Runner System.
To ensure that all bookings are converted within time as per SOP adopted by the company.
To establish the timeliness of transferring completed purchaser's files from Sales Department to Sales Admin Department.
To obtain the approved selling price from the Sales & Marketing Department with approved signatories and memo for new launching projects - to key in into Road Runner System.
To prepare purchaser files for each respective phase/project, ensuring all copies of sales documentation comprising Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) & transfer documents are adequate for each launch & price checklist pertaining to the individual information of each respective lot e.g., pricing, land & built-up areas, lot status.
To provide any assistance during launches as required, e.g. assist in sales documentation, completion with purchaser and data entry of purchaser details in Road Runner System.
To liaise with the legal department to get confirmation on the panel of solicitors for new launch and allocate units accordingly to the panel solicitor involved.
To instruct the Lead Solicitor to prepare Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) to be approved by the legal Department.
Responsible for preparing the Pre-Qualification form for Real Estate Agents (REA) appointments.
Responsible for preparing REA commission claims.
To manage and monitor the services and performances of Solicitors on SPA execution and to submit the Evaluation Form every financial year end.
Responsible for preparing the solicitors' legal fees.
To arrange for briefings to the appointed solicitor - project brief, sales packages and allocation.
To schedule appointments between purchaser and panel solicitor for SPA signing upon request by Sales Executive.
To issue first and second reminders to purchasers to sign SPA and to track.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in sales administration/management with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Extensive experience in the property industry and proficiency in property management software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
